- Open the 45mm Side Cover to sharpen a 45mm blade, or the 28mm Side Cover to sharpen a 28mm blade.
- Use the included magnetic holder to place the blade into the side cover.
- Insert the side cover onto the sharper and make sure the marks of the top and bottom cover are aligned and then close it. There should be no big gaps present.
- Start to sharpen the blade by sliding it back and forth over a 30 cm distance between 10 to 30 times. It is recommended to use a table or other flat surface when sliding the sharpener. Please note, duller blades will require more time for sharpening.
- Open the Side Cover, reverse the blade sharper and then repeat the process.
